Cancellation Policy

I require a minimum 48 HR notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. -If you Fail to cancel your appointment and Do NOT Show the day of appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of service total -If you cancel the same day as appointment but reschedule for later day, your card on file will be charged 20% of service total *I understand things happen, family\life can be unpredictable the 20% taken will go towards rescheduled appointment if client shows.
